Flexible Work Model

We support a modern, hybrid work model tailored to the requirements of each position.
Typically, we expect office presence 1–2 days per week, helping us maintain strong collaboration, relationships and communication.
For the remaining days, you are free to work remotely in the environment where you perform best.
